More Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Congress Members
Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this new document drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend labelling various parts of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.
